Lemon Thyme Chicken

  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 2-3 teaspoon Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 4 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 piece thin slice lemon
  • pinch Himalayan salt to season


  • In a cup, mix the broth powder and the boiling water together.
  • Add the lemon juice a little at a time and adjust flavour to your liking.
  • Pop in the sprig of thyme, lemon slice, then season to taste.
