Turmeric White Bean Dip

Looking for a way to use your gut loving Chicken Bone Broth powder in the warmer months? Look no further. This creamy creation is both nourishing and delicious. Add your broth to love your gut and get some extra nutrition in the silly season.

Ingredients


2 cans cannelini beans
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Chicken Bone Broth (any flavour - we used Homestyle Original)
1/2 cup water
1/2 lemon (juice)

Method


Drain the beans and wash in a colander. Add all the ingredients to a blender, thermomix or even a bar mix. Whiz for a couple of minutes until smooth. You can add a little olive oil, water or lemon if you need to loosen the mixture up, to make it blend well. Pop into an airtight container and store for up to 4 days.
