Lemon Thyme Chicken Broth



200ml boiling water
2-3 tsp Chicken Bone Broth
1 sprig thyme
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 thin slice lemon
A pinch of Himalayan salt to season

In a cup, mix the broth powder and the boiling water together. Add the lemon juice a little at a time and adjust flavour to your liking. Pop in the sprig of thyme, lemon slice, then season to taste.
