Who Needs Hydrox-Adeno B12

Do you experience digestive issues? Poor digestion can lead to B12 deficiency. Have you been struggling with low energy or mood? B12 plays critical roles in creating energy and important mood neurotransmitters. Are you sensitive to methylated nutrients but want to support healthy methylation in your body? You may need a methyl-free form of vitamin B12.* Hydrox-Adeno B12 contains 2,000 mcg of methyl-free B12 in a well-digested lozenge. The bioavailable forms of adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin support optimal vitamin B12 levels in your body.

Hydrox-Adeno B12 supports healthy detoxification and energy in one B12 supplement. Hydroxocobalamin (Hydroxo B12) supports the normal detoxification of toxins present in environmental exposures, such as smoke inhalation and other pollutants. Adenosylcobalamin (Adeno B12) is present in the mitochondria to support ATP (energy) production.

Some people experience side effects from methylated nutrients. These can include nervousness, headaches, or rapid heartbeat after taking methylcobalamin or methylfolate. Hydrox-Adeno B12 provides vitamin B12 in the non-methyl forms of hydroxo B12 and adeno B12. These methyl-free forms take a few additional enzyme steps before the methyl groups are liberated for your body to use. This slower delivery can provide relief and comfort in those sensitive to methylated nutrients.* You shouldn’t be struggling with side effects related to your supplements. Now, you can provide your body the B12 support it needs...without the headache of methyl donors!*

Why Hydrox-Adeno B12 Works

Hydrox-Adeno B12 contains the B vitamins folate and B12 in non-methylated, active forms.* Hydroxocobalamin is the most stable form of vitamin B12. It appears to circulate longer in the human body than all other forms. ‘Hydroxo’ B12 can easily convert to both ‘adeno’ and ‘methyl’ forms to support healthy methylation and energy production. It also supports the normal detoxification of toxins present in environmental exposures, such as smoke inhalation and other pollutants.* Adenosylcobalamin is present in the mitochondria of your cells to support energy production. It is used as a coenzyme to create ATP from cholesterol, branched-chain amino acids, odd chain fatty acids, and propionate.* These methyl-free forms are readily transformed into cobalamin that enters the cell’s cobalamin pool. When needed, cobalamin is pulled from this pool to use in various processes, including methylation.* Cobalamin plays essential roles in the methylation cycle to support healthy homocysteine breakdown. Cardiovascular and general wellness are dependent on maintaining homocysteine levels in a healthy range.*
Your body needs both vitamin B12 and methylfolate (5-MTHF) to metabolize homocysteine into methionine via the MTR enzyme. From methionine, SAMe is created, your body’s main methyl donor. SAMe donates methyl groups to support your body’s methylation processes, including DNA expression.* Without adequate B12, your body cannot effectively utilize methylfolate through the MTR enzyme. By consuming Hydrox-Adeno B12, you give your body indirect methylation support without the side effects some people experience from methyl groups.* Because B12 needs folate to support proper methylation, be sure to pair Hydrox-Adeno B12 with a bioactive form of folate, such as methyl-free Folinic Acid.* It’s never been easier to get your daily B12. One tasty Hydrox-Adeno B12 lozenge supports optimal vitamin B12 levels without the headache of methyl donors!
