Nutrient-Rich Gravy Recipe: Perfect for Every Meal

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Beef Bone Broth powder (any flavor): Adds a savory, nutritious base.
  • 4 tbsp Tapioca Flour (The Wholefood Pantry): A natural thickener for a smooth texture.
  • 4 tbsp cold water: For mixing with bone broth and flour to form a paste.
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water: To blend with the paste, creating a rich, thick gravy.
  • 1-2 tsp Himalayan Salt (The Wholefood Pantry): Enhances the flavor with natural minerals.
  • Pepper to taste: Adds a subtle kick.

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Paste: In a small saucepan, combine Beef Bone Broth powder and tapioca flour with cold water, stirring to form a smooth paste.
  • Heat and Add Boiling Water: Place the saucepan on low heat, stirring continuously. Gradually pour in about 1½ cups of boiling water, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  • Adjust Consistency: The mixture will thicken as it cooks and cools. If it becomes too thick, add a bit of cool water to reach the desired consistency.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm over your favorite dishes and enjoy!
