Bone Broth Crackers

Delicious, easy-to-make, low-carb crackers packed with calcium and healthy fats. Perfectly crunchy and ideal for topping with avocado, tomato, or your favorite spreads!

Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cups almond meal: A nutritious, gluten-free base.
  • ½ cup sesame seeds: Adds texture and a nutty flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Beef Bone Broth Powder (herb and garlic flavor): For added flavor and nutrients.
  • ½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt: Enhances flavor.
  • 1 garlic clove, grated: Adds a savory aroma.
  • 1 egg: Helps bind the dough.
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil: Adds moisture and richness.

    Instructions:

    • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine almond meal, sesame seeds, Beef Bone Broth Powder, and salt. Whisk the egg and slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed, then knead with your hands to form a smooth dough. Tip: If the dough is too dry, add a small amount of water.
    • Roll Out the Dough: Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper, then roll out to a cracker-thin thickness (about ½ cm or your preferred thickness).
    • Cut and Bake: Peel off the top sheet, then cut the dough into 5 cm squares for cracker-size pieces. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Optional: Turn the crackers halfway through baking for even browning.
    • Cool and Serve: Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
