Stuck at your desk? Bring this convenient, flavor-packed jar of goodness to work and power through your day! Filled with nourishing ingredients like miso, bone broth, and fresh vegetables, this jar noodle soup is perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons organic red miso paste: Adds rich umami flavor.
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Beef Bone Broth Powder: For a protein boost and hearty taste.
  • A few dashes of tamari (gluten-free soy sauce): Adds savory depth.
  • A few dashes of sesame oil: Provides a nutty aroma and smooth finish.
  • 3 slices dried shiitake mushrooms (optional): Enhances the broth with an earthy taste.
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips: Adds a subtle sea flavor.
  • Lime wedge: For a hint of tang.
  • Dried noodles of your choice: Choose noodles that soften easily in hot water.
  • A mix of thinly sliced vegetables:
  1. ½ carrot
  2. ½ zucchini
  3. 4 broccoli florets, halved
  4. 3 snow peas, halved

Instructions:

1. Assemble the Jar:

  • In a large jar, add the miso paste, beef bone broth powder, tamari, and sesame oil.
  • Layer with noodles, vegetables, dried shiitake mushrooms, and nori strips. Fasten the lid and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.

2. Prepare to Eat:

  • When you're ready to eat, remove the lime wedge and fill the jar with boiling water.
  • Stir with a fork to distribute the miso broth flavor and cook the noodles.

3. Season to Taste:

  • Squeeze in lime juice to your liking (a few drops go a long way). Adjust if you prefer a sharper flavor profile.
  • Let the noodles and vegetables soften for a few minutes, then enjoy!

Note: Dried shiitake mushrooms add a richer broth flavor, but are optional if not on hand.
