How do I use Whey+?
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving with 8-10 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage.
For pre-workout nutrition, take 1 serving 30 to 60 minutes before working out.
For post-workout nutrition, take 1 serving within 60 minutes of finishing working out if you weigh less than 150 pounds and 2 servings if you weigh more than 180 pounds.
Why is Whey+ more expensive than other whey protein supplements?
Whey+ is more expensive than other whey protein supplements because producing a high-quality whey protein powder isn’t cheap, and if you’re paying less than $12-to-15 per pound as a consumer, you’re probably buying junk.
Whey+ comes from small dairy farms in Ireland, which are known for their exceptionally high-quality milk from hormone- and antibiotic-free cows. Whey+ contains no artificial food dyes, junk additives, fillers, soy, gluten, GMOs, MSG, or hormones, and it's 100% naturally sweetened and flavored.
How much whey protein can I eat per day?
There's no hard and fast rule about how much whey protein you can or should eat per day. Whey protein powder can be used anytime to help you meet your protein needs, but the ideal ratio between whole food and supplemental protein is still an area of scientific ambiguity.
Anecdotal evidence, however, suggests that getting at least 50% of your daily protein from whole food sources is a good rule of thumb.
Does eating whey protein after a workout help you build muscle faster?
Yes, it's true that eating whey protein after a workout can help you build muscle faster. It’s a good idea to eat 30-to-40 grams of protein within an hour or two of finishing a workout, and whey protein is a perfectly viable, convenient, and tasty option. Studies show that protein eaten after a workout causes more muscle protein synthesis than when eaten otherwise.
If Whey+ is too sweet/strong tasting or isn't sweet enough, what should you do?
If Whey+ is too sweet/strong for you, increase the amount of water you're using until you find an amount that works for you. (Most people like 8 to 10 ounces.)
If Whey+ isn't sweet enough for you, we recommend you mix it with something other than water that is mildly sweet, like almond or rice milk. You'll find it makes it much sweeter.

A Proposition 65 warning does not indicate whether a product is safe or unsafe. Rather, Proposition 65 is a consumer notification law in California that requires warnings to inform consumers about the presence of one or more of over 900 substances in various types of products. These substances include naturally occurring and ubiquitous compounds, even when present at levels below those known to cause harm.
