Thank you for shopping with Detox-Me.Asia. We want every step of your journey with us to be smooth, clear, and worry-free. Here’s all you need to know about how your order gets to you—and what to do if you need a return.
Fast, Reliable Shipping (within Hong Kong)
We ship all orders across Hong Kong using SF Express, ensuring your parcel arrives safely and quickly.
We deliver throughout Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, outlying islands, and all other locations served by SF Express.
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Most Hong Kong customers receive their order within 2 business days of placing their order.
Same-day delivery may occasionally be possible, depending on the time you order, product availability, your delivery address, and SF Express scheduling. If you would like guaranteed next-day delivery, please message us on WhatsApp at +852 9126 5482 before placing your order so we can confirm your delivery window.
We dispatch Monday to Saturday in batches. Orders placed on Sundays or Hong Kong public holidays are normally prepared on the next business day.
Once your order is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number through Shopify so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
For up-to-the-minute updates on your parcel’s location and status, we highly recommend downloading and using the SF Express app—it provides real-time notifications and detailed tracking information.
Need your order delivered to a business address, SF Service Point, SF Store, or SF Locker? Simply enter your preferred SF pickup address in the shipping-address field at checkout. We deliver to all SF Express service locations across Hong Kong.
A note on EMF harmonisers
Our EMF harmonisers may require a little extra preparation time before dispatch. If you are ordering one of these beautiful devices and have a specific date in mind, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we’ll be happy to confirm the current lead time.
Shipping Rates
All prices and shipping charges are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Hong Kong orders do not include sales tax or VAT.

- Free shipping applies to eligible Hong Kong orders of HK$500 or more, calculated after discounts and promotions.
- There are no product exclusions from free shipping.
- We do not charge extra for bulky items.
- We do not currently stock cold-chain or refrigerated products.

Shipping to Other Asian Destinations
Looking to receive Detox-Me.Asia goodies outside Hong Kong? Wonderful! Please contact us on WhatsApp at +852 9126 5482 or email hello@detox-me.asia so we can assist with a custom shipping quote.
We may be able to arrange delivery to selected Asia-Pacific destinations, including Mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand, depending on the destination and product.
International shipping is arranged individually because courier costs, customs requirements, product eligibility, and delivery times vary by country. We’ll provide an actual courier quote based on your delivery destination, product, weight, and preferred shipping method.
There is no minimum order value for international enquiries.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for:
- Import duties
- GST, VAT, or other local taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Carrier handling fees
- Return shipping if a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable
Please contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm that your selected product can be shipped and clear customs for your location.

Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you buy. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
- Return Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to make a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- How to Start: Email us at hello@detox-me.asia or message us on WhatsApp at +852 9126 5482 with your order number and details.
- Resolution: We generally provide refunds in the form of Store Credit for the returned item’s value, once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll let you know the return delivery address and any details you need.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us right away with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, either by arranging a replacement or issuing Store Credit.
A Few Things to Note
- We can’t accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.
- If your SF Express tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and SF Express tracking number.
- If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, or failure to collect it within SF Express’s holding period, SF Express may return it. Any return or redelivery charges may be payable by the customer.
- SF Express applies its own rules for parcels held at SF Lockers and Service Points. Please collect your parcel promptly after receiving the SF notification to avoid any carrier storage fees.
