Fast, Reliable Shipping (within Hong Kong)
We ship all orders across Hong Kong using SF Express, ensuring your parcel arrives safely and quickly.
Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is on the way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
For up-to-the-minute updates on your parcel’s location and status, we highly recommend downloading and using the SF Express app—it provides real-time notifications and detailed tracking information.

SF Express can help us deliver to many Asian countries, and we’ll always check whether your selected product can clear customs for your location.
International delivery times vary; we’ll keep you updated and do everything we can to ensure a smooth arrival.
Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you buy. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
- Return Window: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to make a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- How to Start: Email us at hello@detox-me.asia or message us on WhatsApp +852 9126 5482 with your order number and details.
- Resolution: We generally provide refunds in the form of Store Credit for the returned item’s value, once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll let you know the return delivery address and any details you need.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us right away with clear photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, either by arranging a replacement or issuing Store Credit.
A Few Things to Note
- We can’t accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged.
