Returns & Refunds

Sometimes, there's some reason you need to return your online shopping. We get that!  We're also sure you understand that we will need the item back unused and in the same condition that you received it for our returns and refunds policy.

It must be unopened and in original condition. If it is, and you return it within 14 days, we're happy to issue you a refund.

Returns Process:

  1. Pack up your item and send it back to :, Suite 1002, 168 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.  Be sure to print out your original invoice that we emailed you as we require your order details to process the refund.
  2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!
  3. Email with your order details and tell us what went wrong.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if the refund is approved. If you are approved, then a credit will be applied via your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Suite 1002, 168 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if the order did not qualify for free shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
