- 4 tablespoons ghee
- 1 tablespoon Erythritol
- 100 grams goat cream cheese or yoghurt
- 4 pastured eggs
- 1.25 cups Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Cream the softened ghee and
erythritol together with an electric mixer.Add the cream cheese, and then the eggs one by one.Add the sat and almond flour and mix well.Pour into a lined loaf baking pan then bake at 180c for 40 minutes.
