Ingredients
2 cans cannelini beans
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Chicken Bone Broth (any flavour - we used Homestyle Original)
1/2 cup water
1/2 lemon (juice)
Method
Drain the beans and wash in a colander. Add all the ingredients to a blender, thermomix or even a bar mix. Whiz for a couple of minutes until smooth. You can add a little olive oil, water or lemon if you need to loosen the mixture up, to make it blend well. Pop into an airtight container and store for up to 4 days.
