Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ghee, softened
- 1 tablespoon erythritol
- 100g goat cream cheese or yogurt
- 4 pastured eggs
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Prepare Wet Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened ghee and erythritol until well-blended.
- Add the goat cream cheese (or yogurt) and mix well.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Add Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Bake
