Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol
  • 100 gram goat cream cheese or yoghurt
  • 4 pastured eggs
  • 1.25 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Cream the softened ghee and erythritol together with an electric mixer.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese, and then the eggs one by one.

Step 3

Add the sat and almond flour and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into a lined loaf baking pan then bake at 180c for 40 minutes.
