Bread. Gluten, Grain & Lectin Free
- Electric Mixer
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 100 grams Goat cream cheese or yogurt
- 4 pcs Pastured eggs
- 1.25 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cream the softened ghee and erythritol together with an electric mixer.
- Add the cream cheese, and then the eggs one by one.
- Add the sat and almond flour and mix well.
- Pour into a lined loaf baking pan then bake at 180c for 40 minutes.
